About the Elemental Workshops
  1. What are the Five Element Workshops?

Each workshop is inspired by one of the five natural elements — Ether, Air, Fire, Water, and Earth. Through guided meditation, aroma, sound, and mindful movement, you’ll experience how these elements live within you — and how balancing them brings harmony to your mind, body, and spirit.

  1. How do the five elements relate to our wellbeing?

Each element governs different aspects of our physical, emotional, and spiritual health. For example, Earth grounds us, Water softens us, Fire motivates us, Air lifts our thoughts, and Ether connects us to intuition and clarity.

  1. Do I need to attend all five sessions?

You may begin anywhere. Each element carries its own wisdom and healing energy. Some guests choose to attend one workshop intuitively; others experience the full circle of five for a deeper transformation.

  1. What can I expect during a session?

A gentle, multi-sensory journey — with soft grounding rituals, guided meditation, mindful movement, aroma therapy, journaling, and quiet reflection. Each session closes with herbal tea and refreshments thoughtfully crafted to match the day’s element.

  1. How long does each workshop last?

Each experience lasts about 1.5 hours — long enough to let your body slow down, your breath soften, and your mind return home to stillness.

  1. Are the sessions suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Every session is guided with warmth and clarity, making it perfect for first-timers and seasoned practitioners alike. You simply arrive as you are - we hold the rest.

  1. What should I bring with me?

Just yourself and an open heart. Everything else — mats, journals, and sensory elements — will be lovingly prepared for you. Wear comfortable clothing that lets you move and breathe with ease.

  1. How can I book a workshop?

Bookings can be made directly through our website or by contacting us on Instagram or WhatsApp. Each experience is intimate and intentionally limited, allowing every guest to feel truly seen and held.

  1. Do you offer private or corporate sessions?

Yes. We curate bespoke wellness experiences for individuals, couples, and corporate teams. Whether your intention is to bring calm to your workplace or deepen personal connection, we’ll design a journey that meets your energy with care and intention.

  1. Where are the workshops held?

Our workshops take place across Dubai, in serene spaces chosen for their warmth, light, and natural beauty. Each location is designed to feel like an oasis — luxurious, grounding, and soulfully connected to nature.

  1. What is your rescheduling or cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 52 hours in advance so we can offer your place to another guest waiting to join.

Wellbeing & Experience
  1. Are the sessions safe for people dealing with stress or emotional sensitivity?

Yes. Our experiences are gentle, grounding, and trauma-informed. You are always welcome to share any emotional needs privately before the session so we can hold space for you with even more tenderness.

  1. How often should I attend to feel the benefits?

Even one session can shift your energy. But like any meaningful practice, consistency deepens the experience — helping you feel more balanced, open, and attuned to yourself over time.

  1. Will I receive any take-home tools or practices after the session?

Yes. Each session comes with a thoughtfully curated goodie bag to continue your practice at home. Inside, you’ll find instruction cards that serve as your personal guide when the Carefully You family isn’t around, seeds connected to the element of the workshop to help carry its energy, and other small treasures designed to extend the workshop’s calm, healing, and connection into your daily life.

  1. I’ve never meditated before will I still benefit?

Yes. Our sessions are crafted for everyone, regardless of experience. You only need an open mind and willingness to slow down.

  1. Are the sessions safe for people with anxiety or emotional sensitivity?

Yes. Everything is done gently and mindfully. If you have specific emotional needs, you can let us know privately so we can hold space for you with extra care.

  1. Are your sessions suitable for all age groups?

They are best suited for adults aged 18 and above. However, we plan to introduce special sessions for teens and families soon.

  1. Are your practices backed by traditional knowledge or modern psychology?

Our approach is a mindful blend of both — rooted in ancient Indian traditions and supported by modern mindfulness and self-awareness techniques.

All workshops are guided by Pakhi Goel, the founder of Carefully You - a wellness consultant and practitioner of elemental philosophy, mindfulness, and ancient Indian healing traditions.

  1. Do you collaborate with other wellness experts?

Yes. Occasionally, we welcome guest facilitators specializing in sound therapy, aromatherapy, or holistic healing to complement our sessions and deepen your experience.

  1. How does Carefully You give back to the community?
